Abstract
Up to now, the road landslide problem on the peat can be overcome by making a heap reinforcement system. Article presents, the overcomming of road landslate problem one of alternative ways is by developing a simple technology which uses bamboo matras. A displacement value without reinforcement is 0.003 m and with the biggest reinforcement value is 3,08.10-4 m, the smallest value is 1,4.10-4 m (with bamboo matras). Displacement value of congeries for reinforcement by a geo-synthetic is more stable. The minimum safety factor value for the global construction with external stability (excavation) on temporary and permanent structure is 1.2 to 1.3. The biggest safety factor before the loading is 8.5 (with cerucuk bamboo BH1) and after the loading is 4.4 (with geo-synthetic BH3), and after the loading of 2.9 (with geo-synthetic). Non woven geo-textile is considered to be effective for road reinforcements on peat land because the safety factor on non-woven geo-textile (minimum 2.9) meets the minimum requirements of construction safety factor (1.2 to 1.3).
