Abstract

The most important form of communication is management communication, i.e. communication by (senior) managers with internal and external target groups, it is expected to contribute to the achievement of organization or company other than public relations and marketing (advertising). Communication may include written politics procedures, rules, oral, unwritten and informal communication.
