Abstract

This article explores the human resource planning issues. Human Resource Planning deals with the forecasting of employee’s demand and supply within the organization. By estimating the employee’s demand and supply in the future, the human resources division can make a better plan of its recruitment, selection, training, career planning, and other activities. In short, the human resources division can staff the organization at the right place at the right time with the right people in order to achieve the vision and the mission of the organization.
