Abstract
System analysis in S.O company is done by analizing need, designing the reviewed quality assurance, and evaluating the result of it based on a case study of web based multilevel marketing, and the design of reviewed quality assurance can help the company in controlling system development level. The result are a design of review quality assurance and evaluation results of it on a case study of web based multilevel marketing.
