Abstract
Artikel mempelajari konsep dasar kompetensi dan assessment center. Untuk meletakkan seseorang yang tepat pada posisinya, sebuah organisasi harus meletakkan assessment center sebagai metode untuk merekrut, menyeleksi, melatih, dan merencanakan karier. Dalam hal ini, sebuah organisasi harus menaruh perhatian pada kinerja karyawan dan karakteristik karyawan yang bersangkutan.
