Abstract

The problem connected to ISP (Internet Service Provider) in Indonesia, such as service, facility, location, and price. For customer, the problem caused dissatisfaction on the internet service in Indonesia so there are many complain on ISP in Indonesia. This research is done to know which factor is significant influencing the ISP corporation customer in Jakarta. The research result show that customer is dissatisfy with the ISP performance for corporation service. All factors are proven significantly influence the customer satisfaction, which are price, facility, service, and location
