Abstract

Gap Strategy Analysis is set up to define the cause of gap between the running system with Indonesia Power Company strategy. The research output is a recommendation for the management based on analysis on fourth area, which are Measures, Processes, People, and Technology. Hopefully that the recommendation can help straight up the IS Strategic Plan and execution so it can increase the competitive advantage of Indonesia Power Company.
