Abstract

Information technology training center becomes one way to study the information technology in increasing the ability as needed demand. There for, BiNus Center is here to fulfill the need by providing a qualified training product, professional teacher, and supporting facility. But, the increasing number of training center that compete in the same service business, is demanding the BiNus Center to perform in giving a better training service. The research is done using marketing mix as a topic, that include the factors of product, promotion, price, and place that is applied connect to the satisfaction of the training participant
